Raigmore Hospital Inverness

We are actively supporting Raigmore Hospital, Inverness and have supplied the hospital with two bladder scanners. This allows scanning to be carried out locally without the long and arduous journeys to Aberdeen or Yorkhill Hospital. The use of Bladder Scanners has also cut the need in many cases of children being catheterized.

 Funding has been provided by Kidney Kids to ensure that children in the Highland region are seen by a Paediatric Renal Consultant on a regular basis.

It is our aim that these children should be treated in their home environment where possible.
