Hello!
As you might already know I ran 3k for Kidney Kids and have raised £354! Hooray!
I was nervous at the start of the race but I think I did well! I came 22nd out of 209 girls in my age category and I'm very proud!
The reason I did it for Kidney Kids was that my friend Lucy's little brother Matthew, is in Kidney Kids and has problems with his kidneys. She did it last year for Kidney Kids and so I thought I'd step in and help out this year!
I had already gone running with my Dad and I think that helped a lot! I went for training runs whever I could and ran to places there and back as well! It was tiring sometimes but worth it! I really appreciated all the sponsors!!
