Each year, hundreds of children from across Scotland are treated on our Renal Ward at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow for kidney failure - a life long, life limiting condition which cannot be cured.
These children face years of medication and dialysis, and an endless wait until a kidney match becomes available for transplant.
Not only does kidney failure rob our brave young patients of their health, it robs them of their childhood as they spend many days in hospital each week away from their home, family and school friends.
With your support we want to ensure that these resilient children from across the country receive care on the Renal Ward that is second-to-none.
